 SAFETY AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR, Overnight/Full-Time
POSITION SUMMARYÂ
The overnight Safety and Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets during the overnight shift. This includes SJCC, all theater venues and the parking garage. This position reports to the Director of Safety and Security.Â
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise overnight security officers
- Ensure all SOP’s are reviewed and followed regularly
- Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene are followed
- Conduct disciplinary action as appropriate
- Recognize officers for positive work
- Responsible for daily activity log
- Supervise attendance and punctualityÂ
- Assign tasks using Spiceworks for accountability
- Supervise overnight rotation duties
- Conduct monthly life safety audits
- Conduct fleet inventory checkÂ
- Conduct kitchen freezer check
- Act as emergency first responder
- Call 911 for emergencies
- Relay all incidents to DOSSP in real time
- Relay information to Police, Fire and Ambulance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Possess valid Security Guard Card License
- Possess valid CA Drivers’ license
- At lease two (2) years of Security leadership role
- Must be able to identify and quickly respond to potential problems, altercations and conflicts and follow reporting procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and have good people skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing basic reporting skills
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure during emergencies
- Must work overnights and weekendsÂ
- Proficiency in operating CCTV and video surveillance cameras
- Walk and stand throughout the shift

- MS Shift – daily logs, incident reports, keys, radios, lockers, inventory
- Exacqvision camera – operate, view and save footage
- Honeywell and Siemens life safety
- Cyber and Winpak
- Microsoft – Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Motorola radios
- GPS Track in company fleet of vehicles
- Apple iPhone
- ABI
- ADP
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Certified in CPR, First aid and AED
