Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 hour
The System Assembler position is office based.

How will you make an impact:
The System Assembly is part of the US AATI operation team provides services and functional test for
AMPRO ADLINK products in the US. The Production Assembly is required to perform many functions
within the production department, following instructions from Leader, Manager, and communicating
effectively with other team members. The Production Operator predominantly takes part in the
production of extended temperature test; systems integrate; value added; functional test and finish
orders according to customer specifications. This team member also maintains the production area and
equipment. The production operator as part of operation’s team assists lead operation technician on
various job functions as required.

What will you do:
  • Assemble industrial systems and electronic components, including racks, panels, modules, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies.
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, and connector installation in accordance with safety and industry standards.
  • Install operating systems and perform BIOS updates in DOS as required.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing orders, technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.

How will you get here?
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, electrical systems, or system assembly preferred.

Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with system assembly, electrical wiring, and industrial computer builds.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, reaching, bending, grasping, kneeling, and use of hands for tools and components.
  • Regular use of computers and general office equipment.
  • Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
