What You Will Do:Ā
Maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearanceĀ
Complete the required Ecolab QSR visit reports based on the customerās mandated visit frequency (annually, quarterly, biannual etc.)Ā
Install equipment to include warewash machines, water filtration systems, 3 compartment and mop sinks for existing customers and new restaurant set upĀ
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term work plans for the territory and customers to increase effectiveness and productivityĀ Ā
Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovationsĀ
Maintain knowledge of products and their applications for each specific customerĀ
Demonstrate and train customers on use of Ecolab products and servicesĀ
Maintain positive relationships with customers by evaluating their needs with a focus on sales opportunitiesĀ
Effectively engage the right resources to resolve problemsĀ
Manage inventory by effectively merchandising existing inventory and identifying the causes for slow sales in core productsĀ
Meet with store management to provide feedback and findings after the store survey is completed and make recommendations for improvementĀ
Complete required paperwork including the proper update of customer contact records and the territory management systemĀ
Utilize electronic and paper reports and other communication devices to communicate with customers, district manager, and the home officeĀ
Maintain adequate levels of car stock inventory to sufficiently support customer needs andkeep inventoryorganized and easily accessibleĀ
Obtain knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles and their application for our customers in food handling and cleaning proceduresĀ
Complete the ICFSM exam training and become certified in Food SafetyĀ
Manage emergency calls including nights, weekends, and holidaysĀ
Manage days out of the field for meetings, vacation, sick/personal time, training, and rollouts with minimal impact to the districtās objectiveĀ
Willing to assist in covering open territories as neededĀ
Perform and complete other tasks and assignments as directed by managementĀ

Minimum Qualifications:Ā
High School Diploma or GEDĀ Ā
4 years of food industry experienceĀ
21 years of age or olderĀ
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordĀ
Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidaysĀ
Microsoft Office ExperienceĀ Ā
