Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Software Developer to join our IT team in developing/customizing enterprise IT software systems especially MS D365 CRM, Databricks, Power BI etc., applying cutting-edge technologies and your programming skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT systems by working with various business groups including Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, HR and senior management to develop system enhancement features, workflow and reports. This role involves strong communication and collaboration skills as well as analytical mind and technical skills to develop robust software solutions.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop functional specs for IT system enhancements and / or reports with business teams. Work with business users to define data collection and reporting steps and automation.

  • Study system features and capabilities to promote and train users in adopting them for improved productivity.

  • Collaborate with IT Teams in IT Infrastructure on system enhancement planning and deployment: Work closely with the stakeholders to align IT changes with IT team or business.

  • Stay Updated on Data Warehouse, MS CRM and ERP Trends: Continuously research and implement best practices to maintain cutting-edge solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Test, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

Requirements and Skills

Education:

  • Recent graduate of Computer Science (CS) or related field or currently pursing MSc degree is preferred. Outstanding Senior year CS major college students are considered too.

  • Average GPA of 3.5 or above

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, and SQL

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux

  • Basic understanding of IT Systems and their business value

  • Experience with Database or commercial software systems is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly base salary range for this position in California is $35-55.
