White Blossom is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized care plans to support patient recovery and mobility
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Current, valid PTA license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
Prior experience in a clinical or post-acute setting preferred
