White Blossom Care Center is proud to be a five-star, Medicare-certified short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing home. We are excited to invite a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing in-house rehab team.
Position Type:
Employment: Full-Time, Part Time, PRN
Schedule: Flexible Hours - New Grads Welcome!
Rate starting at $65 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide custom treatment plans and address barriers to assist patients in reaching their highest level of functional mobility.
Document daily progress and collaborate effectively with the Rehab Department.
