White Blossom Care Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing Rehabilitation Team. We offer multiple schedules—Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN—to fit your lifestyle, with competitive pay starting at $60 per hour and full benefits available for full‑time team members.

Position Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, working collaboratively to enhance resident outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant clinical records

  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Provide education to residents, families, and staff

  • Adhere to state, federal, and facility guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active California SLP license

  • CCC-SLP preferred but not required

  • SNF experience is a plus

  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
