We are a family owned business operating Midas Franchises dedicated to providing quality service in inspection, diagnosis, and repair—leveraging ASE Certifications and years of hands-on experience. As we expand our store count and grow each shop, we’re looking for General Service Technicians who want to start their automotive career in a supportive environment with endless opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
As a Midas General Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of essential maintenance and service tasks, including:
- Routine vehicle maintenance (fluid exchanges, oil changes)
- Visual safety and courtesy inspections
- Mounting, balancing, and rotating tires
- Replacing batteries, bulbs, belts, and hoses
- Maintaining and cleaning shop areas
- Supporting shop operations and assisting senior technicians
You’ll work independently and collaboratively, helping us create an environment of success as we grow.
Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of automotive basics (entry-level welcome)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with shop equipment a plus
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and grow
