About this Opportunity:

 The Senior Warehouse Operations Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of Vantedge Medical warehouse operations. This includes selection and documentation of inventory locations, transfer of materials from location to location, kitting operations, PI’s and cycle counts, and warehouse originated shipping. 

Responsibilities:

• Assures accuracy of inventory transactions into, out of, and within warehouses.
• Reviews Visual ERP reports for pulling and staging of future deliveries.
• Ensures customer requirements for delivery are met upon shipping, prepares packing slips,
• Plans and directs Cycle counts and audits inventory locations.
• Receives and verifies inventory from shipping department.
• Receives kit requests or kit “Kanban” carts, supervises kitting activity, and documents completed kits in Visual ERP
• Determines kit shortages, reports them through Visual ERP and other methods
• Ensures that Warehouse is clean and aisles are always accessible.
• Maintains and directs disposition of obsolete inventory.
• Assures accuracy of inventory transactions into, out of, and within warehouses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years related job experience, at least 3 of which are
• in a warehouse or inventory control/planning role.
• High level understanding of inventory transactions, Material Planning, “Manufacturing Window” and related areas of Visual Manufacturing ERP.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Extended periods of time standing.
• Extended periods working on a computer.
