We are seeking a new Sales Host to join the Wichita team, someone with a passion for sales and a strong drive for growth and success!    In 2025, our average Sales Host earned $118k annually, supported by our competitive compensation structure and top-tier sales training program.    RESPONSIBILITIES:  Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.  Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and key differentiators.  Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:  Be open to ongoing training and development through our comprehensive sales training program.  Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate attire.  Apply basic math skills in handling transactions and calculations.  Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store.  Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based systems.  Have a minimum of two years of sales experience in dynamic industries such as high-end retail, cellular, automotive, cosmetics, or jewelry sales, where customer engagement and relationship building are key.
