We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Our restaurant operates seven days a week, and all team members must be flexible and ready to adapt their schedules based on business demands. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that our culinary staff can focus on preparing high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitation and Cleaning: Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including cookware, utensils, dishware, and food receiving areas.
• Dishwashing: Operate the dishwashing machine properly to wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment; ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Organization: Sort and store all clean dishware, glassware, silverware, and utensils according to established procedures, ensuring they are readily available for use by the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Waste Management: Help with disposing of waste and recyclables in compliance with restaurant policies, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assistance: Provide support to kitchen staff as needed, including delivering clean dishes and assisting with basic food preparation tasks if required.
• Inventory Support: Monitor and report any shortages of dishware, utensils, or cleaning supplies to the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.
