Position Overview:
As a Coffee Events Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our clients. You will support events from prep to execution and breakdown — ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event prep and staging at our headquarters
- Transport coffee and supplies to event venues
- Set up service areas and presentation displays
- Serve guests with a positive, friendly attitude
- Clean up after events and return equipment to our offices
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
- Remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments
- Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond in service delivery
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and behavior
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from events
- Must wear appropriate protective clothing (non-slip shoes required)
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Ability to push up to 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during service or events
