Role Overview

• Performs a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks
• Works with wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Uses both hand tools and automated production equipment
• Reads and interprets technical documents, blueprints, and specifications
• Sets up and adjusts assemblies while maintaining tight tolerances

Day-to-Day

• Follows established processes and determines the best sequence for assembly work
• Ensures all work meets quality and blueprint standards
• Identifies and resolves routine issues during the build process

• Fully proficient individual contributor
• Works with limited supervision and minimal oversight
• May support or guide others in areas of expertise
• Handles moderately complex tasks that require some judgment

• Collaborates with team members and cross-functional partners

Background

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience
  • or 2+ years post-secondary education with 2+ years of related experience

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, the salary range for this role is $51,000-94,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
