Position Responsibilities: Â
- The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain teamÂ
- This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC teamÂ
- You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfactionÂ
- The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparencyÂ
- You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applicationsÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management Â
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
Master’s DegreeÂ
