Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for ourĀ San Leandro, CA team.Ā

This position reports to theĀ Technical Services Manager. This role is in the office and is based inĀ San Leandro, CA

Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitudeĀ 
  • Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasksĀ 
  • Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and executionĀ 
  • Provide administrative support to Technical services department  
  • Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutionsĀ 
  • Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]Ā 
  • Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office  
  • Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests  
  • Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects   
  • Contact clients and schedule various environmental services  
  • Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients  
  • Create client invoices based off job paperwork  

Basic Requirements:Ā 

  • Bachelors or Associates degree requiredĀ 
  • Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety FieldĀ Ā 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, OutlookĀ Ā 
  • Ability to multitask and be detail-orientedĀ Ā 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment  
  • Prior customer service experience  
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipĀ 
  • Must have a reliable form of transportationĀ
