Job Summary

The Sales Strategy Admin is a temporary, part-time position. This temporary role is expected to last for 26 weeks or longer; however, the exact duration maybe shorter or longer, depending on business needs.  The position would work 3 days a week, 5-6 hours per day.  Those days would be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and will be located at our San Leandro HQ2 Office. 

This position will be part of our Sales Strategy Team that plays a critical role in partnering with our Sales Teams and with our internal cross-functional partners.  Specifically, this role would assist our Sales Support Manager in key aspects to ensure that our sales teams have all the necessary information that their customers require. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports the Wholesale Sales Business.  Will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to deliver on key support elements for the Sales Organization.

  • Update and maintain our Customer Image Database for Sales Teams which includes national and Customer Exclusive standpoint. 
  • Manage the MS Office Sales Team Calendar for our Wholesale Team.
  • Assist in coordinating key customer meetings in office
  • Provide Ad hoc support for national sales events (including but not limited to Trade Shows and National Sales Conference)
  • Handle incoming requests from our sales teams for Image Requests and ensure timelines are met.
  • Point of Contact for sales documentation as it relates to Certifications and ReposiTrack

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree - Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a professional executive office environment

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS

Time Expectation:  3 days a week for 5-6 hours/day.  

Location: Ghirardelli office in San Leandro, CA (HQ2)

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office-based programs including Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint
  • Thrives on proofreading skills including ability to identify errors or formatting inconsistencies in data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn and quickly navigate systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Ability to set priorities and to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to develop and implement action steps and follow through

Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 / hour
