Description

Guest Experience and Service

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
  • Lead guests through engaging whiskey tasting experiences
  • Educate guests on whiskey, production methods, and brand history
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell products and experiences
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed


Sales and Membership

  • Drive bottle and merchandise sales
  • Promote and enroll guests in the whiskey club
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals


Operations

  • Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash and process transactions responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas
  • Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, and promotions



Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (tasting room experience preferred)
  • Passion for whiskey, spirits, and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • RBS Certification required
  • California Food Handler (ServSafe) certification required
