- Master understanding of whiskey and distilled spirits
- Bottle and club sales driven
- Craft cocktail skills and execution
- Working with the point of sale
- executing personal whiskey tastings
- Maintaining a clean bar environment
- Cash handling
- Make appropriate recommendations and upsells
- communicate with upper management effectively
- Respond to customer complaints
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintaining the appearance of the distilleryÂ
- Maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
Available weekdays, weekends and Holidays
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- RBS Certified
- CA ServeSafe food handler certified
