ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
- Manage the clinic’s budget
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Create employee schedules
- Order products and maintain inventory
- Assist with developing procedures to deliver the highest level of patient care
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
- Oversee internal and external communications
- Ensure the clinic is running optimally and assists, inspire staff
- Responsible for managing the flow of patients in and out of the exam rooms, assists in the management of the provider schedule, communicates any delays.  Â
Qualifications
- LVN license with IV certification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferredÂ
- Previous experience managing a healthcare facility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients’ request gracefully
- Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner
- High level of organizational skills
Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesÂ
- Self-motivated and desire to learn and grow in healthcareÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers and payors Â
- The ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently and effectivelyÂ
- Strong commitment to actively supporting an ethical working environment Â
- Strong knowledge of computer-based systems such as Excel, Word, and the Internet with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Â
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferredÂ
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday
