Customer Service Representative – Veterinary Specialty Hospital, North County
San Marcos, CA

Earn $20.50–$23.50/hr with double-time pay on Ethos Observed Holidays. Full-time schedules available. Join a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary team supporting pet families during urgent and emotional moments. 

Compensation

Why You’ll Love This Role 

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be a trusted guide for pet families during stressful and emotional moments. You’ll work closely with doctors and technicians to ensure clear communication, smooth patient flow, and an exceptional client experience. 

Schedule Options 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am – 9:00pm 
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:00pm 
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am – 7:00pm 

What You’ll Do 

  • • Welcome clients and check in patients 
  • • Manage high-volume phone calls and client updates 
  • • Support estimates, check-outs, and financial transactions 
  • • Communicate compassionately during urgent situations 
  • • Partner with technicians and doctors to maintain workflow 

What We’re Looking For 

  • • 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required) 
  • • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • • Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
