Schedule OptionsÂ
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am – 9:00pmÂ
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:00pmÂ
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am – 7:00pmÂ
What You’ll DoÂ
- • Welcome clients and check in patientsÂ
- • Manage high-volume phone calls and client updatesÂ
- • Support estimates, check-outs, and financial transactionsÂ
- • Communicate compassionately during urgent situationsÂ
- • Partner with technicians and doctors to maintain workflowÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
- • 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required)Â
- • Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- • Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environmentsÂ
