General Manager (New Restaurant/Training)

About the Role:

The General Manager at Wingstop is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires leading and motivating a diverse team to achieve sales targets, maintain high-quality food standards, and uphold brand reputation. The General Manager will manage staffing, training, inventory control, and financial performance while fostering a positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brand.
• Certification in food safety or restaurant management.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and employee development.
• Ability to analyze data to inform operational decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations including staff management, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management to meet budgetary goals.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
