Job Description

 Two options available:

            Option 1: San Marcos full time only 

            Option 2: Split full time between our San Marcos, TX and Schertz, TX Clinics

This job is open to COTA's as well.


Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday preferred with 30-35 hrs to start with (flexible options available and can build to full 40 hours/wk as caseload builds))

Competitive Compensation

  • OTR $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

  • COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

  • Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired

Who You Are

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas

  • 1+ year pediatric experience preferrred

  • Spanish speaking a plus
