We are looking for a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to become part of our well-established practice in San Marcos, CA, full-time.

Hourly Rate: $62 - 65/hr

Schedule is Monday - Friday and every other Saturday (rotated)

Our Hygienists play a key role in providing preventive and therapeutic dental care to our valued patients. You’ll work alongside skilled clinicians and staff to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer fluoride treatments and polish restorations while educating patients on the benefits.
  • Assist in preventive care strategies to support long-term oral health.
  • Review dental histories and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board guidelines.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have the following:

  • A degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
  • An active Registered Dental Hygienist license meeting state requirement.
  • A passion for ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of dentistry.
