Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - San Marcos, TX 78666Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayPurpose: This position is responsible for retrieving and delivering parts, processing incoming inventory into designated storage locations, managing tool issuance and returns, and assisting mechanics with parts discrepancies. The role helps ensure efficient inventory control and uninterrupted aircraft maintenance operations.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage all pick and delivery tickets generated by the inventory management system. Pick, label, and deliver parts according to pick tickets and company procedures. Recognize and prioritize critical tasks that may impact operational productivity. Receive and process incoming parts into assigned storage locations. Assign storage bin locations for new inventory, reorganizing existing inventory as needed to maximize space and maintain logical organization. Maintain adequate stock levels of non-inventory supplies to prevent workflow interruptions. Assist employees at the stockroom counter by providing inventory and tooling support. Issue and track calibrated and non-calibrated tools using the company's tool management system. Maintain accurate records of tool issuance, returns, and calibration status. Inspect returned tools and equipment for damage, completeness, and serviceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment. Conduct routine audits and inspections of the stockroom to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Support local supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and other related duties as assigned. Perform and assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories. Perform other duties as assigned.   Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. QualificationsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience handling and maintaining inventory records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).   Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices. Experience using inventory management software. Two (2) years of aviation or aircraft maintenance support experience Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.   Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull. Ability to operate material handling equipment and stockroom equipment safely.
