This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club.  Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in person  Provide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policies  Assist with registration, payments, and account management  Support coaches and leadership with administrative tasks  Address questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriate  Perform light facility upkeep and cleaning as needed  Assist with apparel sales and merchandise management Help foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment QualificationsRequired: Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail  Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and online registration platforms  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Strong problem-solving skills  Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs  Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor  Must be at least 18 years old  Availability to work evenings and weekends
