BACKGROUND REQUIRED:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as needed.Â
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to acquire a Forklift license.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to lead by example.
- Proven ability to complete assignments with attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to read, interpret, and train on all work instructions.
- Have basic computer skills.
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and document training of production associates, including safety requirements, quality standards, process adherence, inventory management, labeling, housekeeping, and EMS program.Â
- Operating knowledge of equipment and other processes.
- Supports Quality Auditors in assuring the work of the group assigned achieves quality standards and that required quality documentation is accurate and maintained.Â
- Mentor, motivate, and engage production operators to meet production requirements.
- Work with the Production Supervisor to manage and adjust day to day staffing to meet production requirements.Â
- Assures the production reporting and quality tracking information of the group assigned is accurate and complete.
- Administer various levels of discipline.
- Enables effective communication between the employees of the group assigned and management.
- Actively engaged in increasing production output and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
