Description
The GTM Engineer - Post Sales serves as the bridge between post-sales teams and technical build capabilities. The role partners with Customer Success, Support, Field Services, Training, and Operations teams to identify operational inefficiencies and create scalable solutions through software, automation, data, and AI. Key responsibilities include: Identifying friction points across post-sales functions Converting business problems into technical requirements and solutions Prioritizing work based on impact and scalability Managing a backlog of high-impact initiatives Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining systems and applications Creating a reliable source of truth across customer-facing workflows Building integrations, automations, reporting solutions, and AI-powered tools Connecting and operationalizing data across enterprise systems Driving adoption through documentation, training, measurement, and continuous improvement Designing scalable and maintainable systems with long-term ownership in mind

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000*.
