SUMMARY:Â
Oversees all Gaming Machine Floor person and Technician activities on assigned shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes but not limited to the following)Â
- Assists with training, counseling and evaluating gaming machine team members. Â Â
- Approves gaming machine payoffs. Â Â
- Evaluates and motivates Gaming Machine Team Members. Â
- Responsible for all guest service related tasks in assigned areas.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Directly supervises Gaming Machine Team Members. Â
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Casino’s policies and applicable laws. Training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Â

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications.Â
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Â
- Strong Guest service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior service to a diverse customer base.Â
- Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to serve both internal and external customers.Â
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Â
- Ability to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support Team Members, while enforcing company policies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other Team Members of the organization.Â
- Must be proficient in English.Â

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Â
- Must possess basic math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals as pertains to Electronic Bingo Gaming Machine Pay Tables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Lytton Tribal Gaming Commission gaming license at all times of employment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Â
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to lift, push, pull, sit, squat, stand and/or walk as well as working with hundreds of machines and/or drop boxes that will need to be opened, so upper body strength is required. Must be able to lift between 25 - 60 pounds frequently. Ability to physically move Gaming machine chairs for access to each Gaming machine.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to loud, depending on equipment needed to perform functions.
- Should be able to adapt well to the casino environment, involving large numbers of people, loud and continuous high noise level. Must also be able to psychologically handle the concepts of persons occupying an establishment for the purposes of gambling, drinking, eating, and smoking for long periods of time.
