Caregiver

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, tray service, and exercise (when appropriate).
• Observes and reports any changes in residents’ medical, mental, or physical condition to the nursing staff, ensuring they remain informed of each resident’s status.
• Safely transports residents to and from their apartments, medical appointments, and special events or activities.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 
• One (1) year of experience working as a caregiver preferred
