- Assists residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, tray service, and exercise (when appropriate).
- Observes and reports any changes in residents’ medical, mental, or physical condition to the nursing staff, ensuring they remain informed of each resident’s status.
- Safely transports residents to and from their apartments, medical appointments, and special events or activities.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredÂ
- One (1) year of experience working as a caregiver preferredÂ
