Job DetailsJob Location: Main Campus - SAN RAFAEL, CA 94901Position Type: Staff - Full TimeSalary Range: $43,728.00 - $53,445.00 SalaryThe Program Administrator for the SSC provides administrative support to the *Integrative Coaching (IC) Team, including tutoring, career and accessibility services, to ensure efficient operation of the office. The coordinator supports the executive director and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication of center tasks. The coordinator is responsible for handling confidential and time sensitive material. Effective job performance requires: familiarity with a variety of the institutional concepts, practices and procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (Executive Director, Integrative Coaches, Assistant Director of Digital Support Services, Accessibility & Disability Services Director, Career Development Director and Tutoring staff) to ensure that all duties are completed accurately, and delivered in a timely manner, and with high quality and in a timely manner. *IC Mission Statement: Integrative Coaching ensures students have equitable access to personal and academic success by empowering them through the development of trust, mentorship and learning. Student Success General Support Provides budget, operations, program development, and reporting support to the Executive Director and Integrative Coaching staff. Welcomes students to the SSC and assists in offering guidance to students and other visitors needing support, information and resources. Maintains systems for expediting first-year student enrollment. Communicates regularly with the stakeholders, including faculty and admissions staff and counselors, involved in the process. Leads administrative support for peer mentoring program and Integrative Coaching curriculum needs. Liaises with faculty and staff advisors regarding important deadlines, procedures and logistics related to coaching and academic advising. Serves on the CARE team. Provides administrative management for the CARE team, assigning and documenting cases and following up with Integrative Coaches and members of the CARE team. Oversees tasks assigned to work-study student workers. Assists with research and puts together data collection for reporting and analysis purposes. Manages newsletter, web and social media presence for the Center. Collaborates with CDE and Library colleagues concerning shared building operations Career Development, Accessibility & Disability Services (ADS), Tutoring Collaborates with the Director of Career Development and Assistant Director of Digital Support Services to provide oversight of the Writing and Career Readiness Lab. Maintains the Career Closet. Provides administrative support for internship process, job fairs and networking events. Manages updates and maintenance of technical systems such as virtual job board, Handshake, GivePulse, student dashboard, Colleague. Develops and implements assessment plan for Career Development. Collaborates with the Director of ADS and Tutoring Coordinator to ensure systems run smoothly. Other duties as needed. Confidence using a range of digital platforms and tools is expected. ● Basic understanding of analytical functions, data collection, and data presentation or a strong desire to learn such skills.
