We are currently searching for a QIDP Administrator that will oversee the development, implementation, and coordination of program services for our Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF's). This includes supervision of direct care staff, the establishment and review of ISP's, documentation of client progress, and integration and oversight of medical and medication administration.   

 

What you will be doing:  

  • Develop, implement and monitor individualized service programs.
  • Oversee and delegate client medical services, including during emergency situations.
  • Supervise Direct Care staff and ensure correct implementation of ISPs and program schedules.
  • Coordinate consultant activities, and review all relevant reports and individual client assessments. 
  • Serve as facility liaison with the Regional Center, Parents and Relatives, and client day programs concerning facility programming services to clients. 
  • Work closely with House managers to ensure proper hiring, training, and coverage of Direct Care staff. 
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance according to Federal and State regulations.

What you will bring:  

  • B.A. in Social Services or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the I/DD field, or combination of education and other experience that would equate to the same skillset.
  • Knowledge of I/DD, including quality program services, and ability to reference and apply Federal and State Regulations (ie: Title 22 and 17).
  • Must be eligible for the QIDP position as stated in State Regulations (CAC, Title 22, Chapter 8.5, Section 76872.
  • Adequate skills with technology, e.g. computers and smartphones 
  • CA driver's license, clean driving record, and a car in good working order. 
  • Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprinting at the DOJ level.
