For nearly two decades, we've delivered custom, turnkey security solutions across the San Francisco Bay Area, serving clients that include tech campuses, commercial properties, public spaces, high-end residential communities, and cultural institutions.
At BSG, we don’t just fill posts, we develop, train and deploy client specific security teams. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned officer, we offer real training, consistent support, and opportunities to grow within a company that values your time, your work, and your integrity.

Security Officers will verify identification, monitor patrons entering and exiting the premises, maintain an orderly entrance, and remain alert for underage individuals, disruptive behavior, intoxicated patrons, or other safety concerns. Security Officers will also coordinate with bartenders and management regarding individuals who may need to be denied entry, monitored, or asked to leave.
This assignment requires someone who is comfortable interacting with the public throughout the shift.
