Job Description:
The Ambulatory Nurse provides clinical support to physicians ensuring a highly efficient well-trained team that supports the optimal level of operations and patient satisfaction. He/She delegates, assesses, plans, coordinates and provides higher level patient care activities where critical thinking skills are used to interpret complex information and guide patients to navigate the outpatient setting. The individual in this position is responsible for the oversight of the clinical staff which are primarily medical assistants and LVN’s.Education:
Graduated of Accredited Nursing – Required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Preferred
Experience:
1 Year Acute Care Hospital - Preferred
1 Year Ambulatory, triage, or medical office experience - Preferred
Certifications/Licensures:
RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing - Required
BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association - Preferred or
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association - Required, If working in specialty clinic
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
: Monday - Friday, Variable weekends

$75.28 - $101.62HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
