We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in both business development and project execution.  This is not a traditional PM role.  We’re looking for someone who can own projects, build client relationships, and drive new work.  5+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage HVAC & energy projects from preconstruction estimating through completion
• Own financial performance, execution, and client satisfaction
• Build relationships and help generate new project opportunities
• Develop estimates, lead job walks, and win work strategically
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and keep projects cash positive
• Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC/mechanical or GC projects (5+ yrs)
• Ability to develop business and maintain key client relationships
• Strong financial and operational mindset
• A contributor who takes ownership and drives results
