As a Roofing Sales Agent, you will play a key role in guiding customers from initial interest through inspection, proposal, and close. The role is well suited to someone who is comfortable building trust with homeowners, managing an active pipeline, and representing a service-driven brand in residential sales conversations.
Responsibilities- Generate and follow up on homeowner leads for roofing inspections and estimates.
- Conduct roof assessments and clearly explain repair or replacement recommendations.
- Prepare accurate proposals and close residential roofing sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Experience selling residential roofing or exterior home improvement services.
- Experience conducting roof inspections or assessments.
- Experience working homeowner leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Experience explaining roof inspection findings to homeowners.
