Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
- Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software
- Analyze mechanical systems for performance, reliability, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and project execution
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for engineering issues
- Support prototyping, fabrication, and testing of mechanical designs
- Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with FEA, thermal analysis, or fluid dynamics is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
