Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "RA 3/Sr RA (Stability Testing)" based out of Tucson, AZ.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $34/hr - $38/hr on W2

Support research, development, and laboratory activities for diagnostic and scientific projects through experimental design, bench execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experimental plans to support project objectives.
- Conduct laboratory bench experiments, make observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Develop and optimize laboratory methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional technical teams, including investigations and project teams.
- Present experimental procedures, findings, and project updates to teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to problem solving, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
- 4+ years of post-college industry laboratory experience required.
- Experience supporting stability studies, assay development, or diagnostic/biotech laboratory environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) is ideal.
- Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
