Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality video content for marketing, training, and project showcases.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project goals and visual storytelling needs.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that reflect our brand identity.
- Manage video equipment and ensure all technical aspects are handled efficiently.
- Conduct interviews with team members and clients to highlight project success stories.
- Stay updated on industry trends and video production techniques to enhance content quality.
- Assist in creating scripts and storyboards for video projects.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, preferably in construction or related fields.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

- Knowledge of lighting and sound techniques is a plus.
