Job DetailsJob Location: Dilly Deli, LLC - Tulsa, OK 74120About Us Located in downtown Tulsa, Dilly Diner is Tulsa's favorite diner located in the heart of the Blue Dome district. Open late on the weekends. We serve breakfast all day!     Key Responsibilities: Coordinate orders Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen. Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service. Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.   QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive, team-oriented attitude.
