Our Dietary Aide positions play a vital role in providing nutritious meals and maintaining dietary standards for patients in healthcare settings.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Aides to join our team. In this role, you will assist in meal preparation, serve food, and ensure that dietary requirements are met for all patients. Hourly Rate: $22

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Friday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to prescribed dietary guidelines.
  • Ensure that meals are delivered timely and meet the dietary needs of patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and nursing personnel regarding patient dietary needs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special dietary menus.
  • Monitor food quality and report any issues to supervisory staff.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to follow dietary guidelines and assist in meal preparation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move food items and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Compassion and dedication to patient care are essential.
