At Cedar Point, work doesn't just feel like a job- work is FUN! As a Human Resources Training & Development Assistant, you'll play a key role in overseeing self-paced training programs.

You’ll also:

 

  • Provide Support for the Learning Management System (LMS): Offer comprehensive assistance to associates to help them navigate and effectively use the LMS to complete the required training.
  • Facilitate Self-Paced Trainings (eLearning): Guide associates through available eLearning modules, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their training independently and successfully.
  • Organize and Schedule Training Sessions: Assist in scheduling associates for various training sessions, ensuring assigned times accommodate their needs.

 

By actively supporting these areas, you will contribute to creating a more efficient and effective learning environment for all associates.
