We’re looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position plays an important role in supporting our Service and Parts departments while providing excellent service to both our customers and fellow employees. Responsibilities include: Assist technicians, retail customers, and other dealership departments with parts needs Look up and identify parts using electronic parts catalogs Provide accurate pricing, availability, and order information Answer incoming parts calls and assist customers professionally Pull and fill parts orders from inventory Order parts that are not currently in stock Locate parts from outside sources when necessary Monitor special-order parts and communicate order status Receive and process retail parts payments Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed to repair orders Prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Perform regular bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy Notify management of low-stock or out-of-stock parts and shop supplies Review body shop and service estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers   QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Ability to read and understand parts catalogs, repair orders, and related documents Basic math skills Dependable and punctual Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities Join the Halleen Kia Team If you’re looking for more than just another job and want an opportunity to build a career with an established, family-owned dealership, we’d like to hear from you.
