The Program Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and organizational support to program staff and assists with program activities and special projects as needed. This role supports general office operations, including organizing and maintain filing systems, answering phone and direct inquiries, preparing reports, processing invoices, and assisting with data entry and maintenance within the electronic record systems. The Program Assistant may also support staff training, scheduling and coordinating client services. 

 

This position reports directly to the Program Director, serves as key support to program staff and assists with quality assurance, program compliance, and other administrative activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate professionally using business platforms for emails, meetings, and data management. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and the capacity to maintain accuracy successfully.

 

Applicants must have high school diploma or GED with associate's degree preferred. A valid drivers license is required.
