Warehouse Loader / Yard Driver (No CDL Required)

Want a hands-on job where you stay active and get behind the wheel? Toft Dairy is hiring a Warehouse Loader / Yard Driver (Jockey) to help load product and position trucks for delivery-no CDL required.

Schedule: Approximately 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (until work is complete)
Location: 3717 Venice Rd, Sandusky, OH
Position Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Pick and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy
Verify all product counts on order sheet before loading
Load delivery trucks efficiently and accurately
Move and back trucks/trailers into loading docks (yard driving only – no road driving required)
Pick-order products from refrigerated warehouse and storage area to delivery trucks
Rotate product using FIFO (First In, First Out)
Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock/warehouse
Follow all safety and food safety standards

What the Job Is Like

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a refrigerated environment. You'll be on your feet, staying active, and working with a team to keep operations running smoothly.

Cold/wet storage environment (must bring your own cold-weather gear)
Lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 75 lbs. with assistance)
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
Use of manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual - strong attendance is a must
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a physically demanding role

Preferred (but not required):

Warehouse or order picking experience
Experience backing up box trucks, straight trucks, or semi-trailers
Forklift experience
High school diploma or equivalent
