Waterpark Common Area Supervisor- 3rd Shift

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Common Area Supervisor for 3rd shift. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall cleaning of the waterpark common area spaces are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and are ready in a timely manner for guest usage.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Motivate, coach, teach, train, counsel and discipline associates according to Kalahari SOP’s.
  • Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information

  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
