Waterpark Lifeguard

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the position of Lifeguard. This role is responsible for enforcing waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. Pass certification training and be prepared to respond quickly to any incidents that require urgent attention. Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

Safety is the utmost concern of a Lifeguard, but as we strive to create unforgettable memories for our guests, we want our associates to embrace the culture as well! As a part of our Aquatics team enjoy resort discounts, access to the waterpark, fun (& food)-filled events, and incentives.

Starting Rate: Up to $16.00 an hour*

*Eligibility requirements apply for Open Availability. Base rates start between $14.00 - $15.00 an hour*
