First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.
Client Overview:
The client’s primary diagnoses include Autism and Hypoglycemia. The client presents with functional limitations related to decreased sensory function and decreased cognitive function.
Schedule:
1x per week
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- High dependency for all ADLs and IADLs
- Requires structured routine and behavioral redirection
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and skin protection
- Requires close supervision at all times
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia LPN or RN license
- Pediatric skilled nursing experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal)
- Strong assessment skills
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
- Reliable and compassionate
- Strong family-centered communication skills
