Job Purpose:

Our Regional Quality Manager leads the overall quality and continual improvement program in the assigned region in support of customer requirements and business objectives. This role supports ISO 9001:2015 and product safety compliance in support of customer needs by performing internal audits, management reviews, and facilitating 3rd party audits.

Job Responsibilities:

ā— Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective actions arising from audit nonconformances and customer complaints.
ā— Support customer quality requirements, facilitates customer audits, and conducts supplier audits in collaboration with the Director of Supplier Quality.
ā— Manage process improvement projects in support of business objectives.
ā— Create, facilitate, train, and lead teams to successful completion of projects.
ā— Utilizes people skills to maximize team members/coworkers project contributions.
ā— Select appropriate strategy, analysis, tools, and techniques to achieve customer and business-related quality objectives.
ā— Effectively present and communicate status of project activity to management.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

ā— Successfully complete projects within financial and time deadlines.

ā— Maintains administrator records and prepares statistical performance reports related to business objectives.

ā— Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

ā— Travel is required up to 25% of the time within the designated region

Work Experience:

ā— 3-5 years of related job experience.

ā— Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Engineering
