The Workplace and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting all activities of the Workplace and Facilities department, specifically supporting the corporate/workplace office program and being the “face of the office” with a customer service focus. The position will also support apree health’s national care center portfolio with part of the role focused on facilities and administrative requests for the care centers.The role requires capacity to track projects, general program organization, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication with the team, company leaders, clients, all employees, and vendors, ability to keep confidentiality, a professional appearance, and a can-do attitude! The Workplace and Facilities Coordinator will work with a wide variety of contacts, supporting and building relationships with leaders and executives, property managers, vendors and assisting in activities of internal departments. Office skills, such as microsoft office/google docs, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint are needed. The position requires using a computer and telephone. Position requires full time on site duties from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and a willingness for occasional travel. Early morning, evening, and weekend hours will occasionally be required as well as participation in the after hours on call program for emergency response.

Position Qualifications/Essential Functions:
This job is full time on site at the Sandy Utah Office
Support day to day corporate/workplace office program, including general workplace experience, communications, snacks and other benefit programs, and monitoring of workplace policies
Work with and support all on-site employees at the local office as a point of contact
Manage office mail program
Act as a key on site resource to support program leaders in the event of incident management and troubleshooting critical office systems
Ensure kitchen program, snacks, and equipment are maintained and cleanedÂ
Support workplace management systems and partner with IT regarding onsite technical systems such as Audio Visual Equipment, printers, etc
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and on site activities as needed
Support workplace security access, badging, and visitor check-in processes
Support the workplace environment by managing company calendars, and planning and coordinating on site eventsÂ
Support documentation for vendor contact information across the portfolio
Support new care center launches and construction administration
Supporting facilities requests across the national portfolio of care centers
Support care center facilities needs including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, security, furniture and other needs as required
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+Â years of facilities management experience
Skills and Knowledge
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
Ability to be creative and innovative in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy
Office skills, such as Microsoft office/google docs, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint are needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and provide information and respond to questions from Executives, VPs, Director and vendors
Ability to work collaboratively and independently and maintain a high caliber workplace environment for all company employees to thriveÂ
