Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications
Work with finance and management teams to complete sales transactions
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

$60,000–$150,000+ per year
